Reliable Mechanical Services (RMS) is a full-mechanical services company servicing the Kansas City Metro Area and beyond.  In Kansas and Missouri, commercial and residential customers alike have experienced the high-quality service RMS can provide. RMS works on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and cooking equipment.  Whether you have a furnace, an A/C unit, a hot water heater, a toilet, a light, an outlet, a cooler, a freezer, a grill, an oven, a steamer, or all of the above, RMS can help you out!  We offer planned maintenance contracts, diagnosis, service, and repair on an as-needed basis, equipment replacement (rooftops, package units, split systems, reach-ins, walk-ins, toilets, etc), and equipment installation.  We can also assist with tenant finishes, renovations and remodels, and new construction.

Our Team

Reliable Mechanical Services, Inc, was founded in 2004 by Brandon and Brian Narron.  The Narron brothers have strived to make RMS the best mechanical services company in the Kansas City Metro Area.  From the beginning, RMS has provided high-quality service in the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and foodservice equipment.

RMS is proud of the training and technical knowledge of its technicians.  We provide constant training for our techs to ensure they are up-to-date on the most recent developments in the mechanical services world.  Our technicians include master plumbers, electricians, and heating/cooling experts, and their technical expertise is matched by their great customer service.  Our office staff is also experienced and well-trained, and committed to customer satisfaction!
